Come and discover the magic of Yoga with me. My classes are a great place to start if you haven’t practiced yoga before, or if you are new to yoga. You don’t need to be flexible, coordinated or strong. My classes are designed to suit everyBODY and are accessible to all.

Slow Flow Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing whilst holding poses longer. This class is an all levels class, suitable to everyBODY and the perfect place to begin a yoga practice. Each class begins with Pranayama (breath work), gentle stretching, then moving mindfully through sun salutations and asana (postures) designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. This class is intended to relax your nervous system. The class concludes with a guided mediation to further settle the body and mind.
Yogi Bee provides an interactive experience in a safe environment designed for a small group of 10 participants. No yoga experience needed, come as you are.
Restorative Yoga is where we find stillness in each pose. We use props in combination with long holds in comfortable supported positions. these long holds allow gentle stretching to happen in a natural perfect way helping the body safely release tension by softening and surrendering. Yogi Bee provides an interactive experience in a safe environment designed for a small group of 10 participants. No yoga experience needed, come as you are.
Private yoga and meditation classes with Yogi Bee are ideal if you're a new to yoga, a regular yoga student looking to further develop and explore your practice or if you are looking to reduce your stress and anxiety. I'm able to work with you in a gentle but powerful way physically and mentally to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
