Slow Flow Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. This class is an all levels class, suitable to everyBODY and the perfect place to begin a yoga practice. Each class begins with Pranayama (breath work), gentle stretching, then moving mindfully through sun salutations and asana (postures) designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. This class is intended to relax your nervous system. The class concludes with a guided mediation to further settle the body and mind.
